2 - Assemble the sensor assembly to the duct mount kit.

a) Screw the rain shield onto the sensor housing.

b) Apply teflon tape to the sensor housing 3/4 NPT threads.

c) Feed the sensor housing wires through one port of the 3/4 NPT Elbow and screw the sensor hous-

ing securely into the elbow.

d) Apply teflon tape to both ends of the 3/4 NPT nipple and screw it into the other elbow port.

e) Screw the other end of the nipple into the sensor enclosure and tighten securely so that the rain

shield is pointing toward the back of the sensor enclosure.

f) Connect the sensor housing wires to the 4 pin terminal block.

g) Connect the extender wires to the other side of the terminal block (match color), then feed the

wires through the elbow up to the field connector board and terminate to the connector board.

h) Push the 4 pin terminal block into the elbow and screw on the elbow cap securely.

i) Slide the whole assembly into the duct chamber and fasten to the duct mount plate with the includ-

ed fastener hardware.
